PLP designation holders are experienced professionals who should be looked to lead teams, optimize processes and deliver significant strategic value through payroll.

Having already received a Payroll Compliance Professional designation as a pre-requisite to the PLP, these individuals are experts in payroll compliance and administration, and also received significant management level training, proficiency with payroll technology, data analytics, and problem solving.

They can be counted in to work alongside senior management in times of crisis to protect organizational reputation, deliver workforce analytics and insights, optimize business processes and more.  

PLP holders are also lifetime learners who keep up with trends and best practices by completing 21 hours of continuing professional education each year.
